I am aware that I don't do plating too well. :)

Each and every lazy (OFW) cook has their favorite go-to recipes. You know, for those I'm-feeling-lazier-than-usual days and you just can't be bothered with anything, let alone sweating in the kitchen trying to come up with something good and creative.

Well, my favorite go-to recipe is The World's Easiest Pork Chops.

What You're Going To Need:

To prepare: ziploc bag

To cook: baking dish (prelined with foil)

Ingredients:

* Note: There is no specific measurements for this recipe. You can do everything by estimation.

pork chops
flour
pepper
salt
basil

Procedure:
  1. Pre-heat oven at 200deg C.
  2. Put flour, pepper, salt, and basil in the ziploc bag. Shake.
  3. Add the pork chops. Shake until all the pieces of meat are evenly coated with the flour mixture. In case there is not enough flour, repeat step 1.
  4. Arrange the pork chops in the baking dish. Pop into the oven.
  5. After around 20mins, you can increase the temperature to 250deg C. This way, the meat cooks first before the flour becomes crispy. So it's crunchy on the outside, juicy on the inside.
Super simple, right? Bon appetit!
